Warranty Policy

We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Excluding Dealer Sales) on all products purchased directly from Beatbot. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 calendar days after the delivery of the product. To qualify for a return, the product must be in its original condition, including all accessories and packaging.

PART I – LIMITED WARRANTY

 Scope of Policies

These Beatbot after-sales policies (hereinafter referred to as "policies") exclusively apply to Beatbot products purchased directly from Beatbot or its authorized dealers for personal use (encompassing new products and certified refurbished/renewed products). By utilizing your Beatbot product, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these policies.

Transportation Responsibility

When receiving services, if Beatbot is responsible for transportation, Beatbot's liability is limited to any loss or damage incurred to your product during Beatbot's possession or transportation.

Data Responsibility

Customer data will be protected as described in the ‘Beatbot Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy’. Beatbot shall not be held liable for any loss or disclosure of data contained within the product, including confidential, proprietary, or personal information.

What Will Beatbot Do

Beatbot will endeavor to diagnose and resolve your issue via telephone or email. In some cases, Beatbot may direct you to download or install specific software updates. If the issue persists despite these efforts, you may be required to ship the product to Beatbot or a designated service center for further examination.

Exclusions

What This Limited Warranty Does NOT Cover:

  • All the damages caused by misuse or not following the user manual
  • Products without valid proof of purchase.
  • Lost or stolen products.
  • Items beyond their warranty period.
  • Non-quality-related issues after 30 days of purchase.
  • Free products.
  • Products repaired by unauthorized third parties.
  • Damage from external sources.
  • Damage caused by external factors or misuse, such as falls, extreme temperatures, water exposure, or improper operation.

 Product and Part Replacement

Upon replacement, the exchanged product or part becomes the property of BEATBOT, and the replacement becomes yours. Only unaltered Beatbot products and parts are eligible for replacement. Replacement products or parts may not be new but will be in good working condition and at least functionally equivalent to the original, with the remainder of the original warranty period applying.

PART II – WARRANTY

Warranty Coverage

Under this Limited Warranty, Beatbot warrants that each Beatbot product purchased will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, as per Beatbot 's published product materials, during the specified warranty period. The warranty period varies by product and part. Please refer to the table below for specific details.

Warranty Period Commencement

The warranty period commences on the original date of purchase as indicated on your sales receipt or invoice. For pre-ordered products, the warranty starts from the shipping date from the local warehouse.

Shipping Arrangements

Customers are responsible for arranging shipment to the local service center or Beatbot factory for diagnosis. If the issue is covered under this Limited Warranty, Beatbot will repair, replace, and return the product at no cost to the customer. Otherwise, Beatbot or the designated service center may charge a fee.

DAP Policy

In cases of DAP (defective, damaged, or non-functioning upon receipt), please contact Beatbot within 30 calendar days of receipt to identify and confirm replacement or refund eligibility. Replacement or refund requests must be submitted within this timeframe. The replacement process will be completed within 14 calendar days upon receipt of the returned product, including all original accessories, attachments, and packaging.

 How to Obtain Warranty Service

For warranty issues, please visit the official website or contact Beatbot's official customer service personnel through the contact phone number or service email provided by BEATBOT. You need to provide valid proof of purchase, receipt or order number (for direct sales), and the product's serial number. Services not covered by this limited warranty may incur charges. Warranty service is only available in the Beatbot service area where the product was purchased.

Beatbot reserves the right to interpret this Limited Warranty and may not notify each user of updates. Please refer to the official website for the latest details and updates.

Your Other Rights

This Limited Warranty provides you with extra and specific legal rights. You may have other rights according to the applicable laws of your state or jurisdiction. You may also have other rights under a written agreement with Beatbot. Nothing in this Limited Warranty affects your statutory rights, including the rights of consumers under laws or regulations governing the sale of consumer products that can not be waived or limited by agreement.

This Limited Warranty supplements and does not limit your statutory rights under applicable laws. You may have additional rights under a separate agreement with Beatbot or as provided by your state or jurisdiction's consumer protection laws.

 

 Beatbot is Not Liable For

  • Loss of data resulting from the use of Beatbot
  • Returning personal items sent to BEATBOT. The buyer is responsible for any damage or loss incurred during transit for non-quality related warranty claims.
